The Beach is the premiere ocean front condominium complex on the Jersey Shore. Situated on the southern end of the Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk, it offers the best possible location by providing access to everything on the Boardwalk yet distancing itself from the crowds of the central boardwalk and inlet. It offers panoramic views of the Shore as well as underground parking. Our complex owns approximately 100 feet of beachfront. In the interest of limiting costs, we lease this section of the beach to Risden's and owners receive season passes to the beach. Nothing is better than spending the day at the beach, being able to return to your home for sundries or lunch. As the pool is a constant 82 degrees, many owners alternate between the beach and pool all day long! The complex is so beautiful, some owners never leave the poolside area. For smaller families, we offer one and two bedroom units (mostly ocean front), two bedroom oceanfront duplex units. For larger families, there are many three bedroom three level townhouse style units (one-half of which are poolside). Townhouse style units usually have at least 3 bathrooms! Each unit has an ocean view deck, some units have up to three decks and many are oversized.
